Developed into a niche commercial and criminal litigation practice with an emphasis on International work and also Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence litigation, with an emphasis on severe and catastrophic cases.
Extensive practical experience in application of fraud and financial legislation in the UK under International Protocols, both through casework and lobbying. Developing a quasi-legal practice from 1999 onwards in the West Africa sub- region involving due diligence and advisory work for UK and multinational corporations and bodies which was outsourced to a separate consultancy company from 2002 onwards to include providing clients with a wide range of strategic and operational support in both commercial and development contexts necessarily working with sector ministries and their agencies as appropriate in the West African context.
