Developing a quasi-legal practice from 1999 onwards in the West Africa sub- region involving due diligence and advisory work for UK and multinational corporations and bodies which was outsourced to a separate consultancy company from 2002 onwards to include providing clients with a wide range of strategic and operational support in both commercial and development contexts necessarily working with sector ministries and their agencies as appropriate in the West African context.
